Tim Place - BTS Phra Khanong

Quiet ,secure, clean , nice people.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, it was a little hard to find at first (I arrived late at night so it was dark) but the local neighbourhood had everything I could ask for (laundry, corner stores, coffee shop, bakery, few restaurant and bars not far away) and good transport options. The bed was comfy and the water pressure in the shower was good, there were even a few English channels on the tv for when I wanted to stay in and rest. The aircon was very good as well. I had the “do not disturb” sign on and this was honoured, but the housekeeping kindly left me some bottles of water outside my door every day. The room was very basic but good value, it helped there is a lift too!

It's a robust little city hotel. Bed, toilet and shower. I would suggest staying here if you are on a budget or only one or two nights. Everything you need is there. Biggest plus point is the location. Very quiet if you need sleep and very interesting due to the city part it's located in. A very different Bangkok compared to the tourist corners. Lots of cool restaurants, bars and activities in walking distance.
